ADHD & Autism Evaluations and Chronic Pain Therapy in Seattle, WA
In-person therapy and evaluations in Seattle, with virtual services available throughout Washington.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist offering ADHD and autism evaluations, ADHD therapy, and chronic pain therapy for adults. My work is designed for individuals who are often high-functioning, high-masking, and looking for a deeper, more accurate understanding of how their mind and nervous system work. Many of the clients I work with have spent years trying to make sense of patterns that don’t fully fit traditional explanations—whether that’s attention differences, sensory overwhelm, burnout, or persistent pain that hasn’t responded to standard approaches.

ADHD & Autism Evaluations for Adults
I provide comprehensive, nuanced assessments designed for adults who may have been overlooked or misidentified earlier in life—especially those who have developed strong masking or compensatory strategies.
These evaluations go beyond surface-level screening to provide clarity, differentiation from overlapping conditions (such as anxiety or OCD), and a more complete understanding of your profile.
Therapy focused on how ADHD actually shows up in your day-to-day life—executive functioning, emotional regulation, burnout, and the impact of years of adapting, compensating, or masking.
Rather than just adding more strategies, we look at what’s already happening—how your attention moves, where things get stuck, and what starts to feel overwhelming. Much of this work is about making sense of patterns that may have been misunderstood for a long time.
From there, we focus on what helps work with how your brain operates, not against it.

Chronic Pain Therapy
Chronic pain therapy is offered for adults experiencing persistent pain conditions influenced by nervous system sensitization, stress physiology, and learned pain responses. This approach focuses on how the brain and nervous system process pain, helping reduce symptoms while also addressing the emotional and physiological patterns that maintain them.
Treatment integrates evidence-based mind-body approaches—including Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotional Awareness and Expressive Therapy (EAET)—to support symptom reduction, emotional processing, and improved quality of life.
In-Person Therapy in Seattle
In-person sessions are available in Seattle for clients who prefer face-to-face work. Many people find that in-person sessions offer a different level of focus and connection, particularly for evaluation and more in-depth therapeutic work.
Virtual Therapy Across Washington
In addition to in-person sessions in Seattle, I offer virtual therapy and evaluations for clients located anywhere in Washington state. This allows for flexibility while maintaining the same level of depth and care.
